Q: Are all of the items for sale on this site vintage?
A: Yes
Payment
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: All major credit cards via Paypal (Paypal does NOT require you to have an account with them).

Privacy & Safety
Q: Do you collect and/or sell my personal information?
A: Never!

Q: Is it safe to shop on your website?
A: The 'Add To Cart' button is produced and maintained on the Paypal website, which in itself is a secure site.We do not use a third party shopping cart, which means when you click through to continue with your purchase, you are taken directly to the Paypal site, and not through a payment gateway created by someone else. When in doubt check your address bar, when logging into Paypal, it should always start with: https://www.Paypal.com

Q: When I pay through Paypal, do you see my financial information?
A: No. Paypal does not share that info with anyone.

Returns
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, with certain conditions (please see the 'Returns Policy' section at the bottom of this page).


Return Policy* For our shipping policies, please see our Shipping page.

Shipping Damage:* Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery of any damage caused during transit. Please provide a detailed description of the damage.
* Please be aware that a photo taken of the damage will be necessary and requested.
* Please Do Not ship the damaged item back to us, doing so will invalidate the insurance that may have already been paid. If this happens, we nor USPS will be able to offer a refund.
* When purchased insurance applies, to comply with USPS’s insurance claim policies, please Do Not discard the shipping box or packing material. The damaged item and all contents of the package must be taken to your post office for them to inspect and start the claims process. If the box and packing material is removed, we nor USPS will be able to offer a refund.

Returns Other Than Shipping Damage:* Item must be mailed to us within 3 days from the date it was first delivered to you. 
* Item must be repacked with all of the original packaging and shipping box.
* Item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as was sent to you.
* Package should be sent with insurance. While this is not a requirement, please be aware that if the item is damaged on it’s return, and no insurance was purchased, we will not be able to offer a refund.
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Return Of Clothing & Accessories:* All garments and clothing accessories have either their original, vintage hang tag or a special tag created by us and prominently placed. These tags do not prevent trying-on of the garment, however if the tag is removed, item cannot be returned.
* The 'Shipping Damage' and 'Returns (excluding shipping damage)' policies, stated above, applies to vintage clothing and accessories as well.
* Please measure yourself carefully, and take note of the measurement provided by us.
* With original, vintage hang tags, please exercise caution when trying on garments and accessories as the hang tag may be fragile.
